Usage

Location updates stop if internet connectivity fails. Rest assured that the location continues to be logged and it will be synced with our servers when internet connectivity is available again.

Fall detection detects a fall of the device using the information collected by your mobile sensors (such as the accelerometer) and sends an alert to the reporting email when a fall is detected.

The Inactivity tracker shows the idle time of the device and sends you an email alert according to the configurable interval of inactivity.

A "SIM change alert" notification is a feature that protects your phone from theft or anonymous use. The app sends an alert if the SIM card is changed on the target device.

Installation

Between 2- 5 minutes depending on the internet and GPS availability.

The cost covers the continuous upgrades of the application and the professional hosting systems that keep the system accurate and supported.

The data collected is saved in an encrypted format on the Cloud. Direct access to data in bulk is not possible due to the design of the system.

Your password controls sole access to the data, plus the data is never connected to the phone number. It is always connected to the device name you enter.

Enable the app to be visible from the phone by entering your code or making the app visible from the cloud control panel. You can now uninstall the app by either dragging the app to the bin or clicking the uninstall option. Once uninstalled, the application configuration cannot be recovered but the data logged will be available on the cloud control panel.

Easy Logger works via an app installed on the target phone, not with a phone number. You should have the Easy Logger app installed on the device that needs to be monitored.

Licenses are device specific. One license will work on one device.

Configuration

The location accuracy option lets you filter results on the map depending on the accuracy of the location logs. Often, location logs may not be accurate due to weak GPS signals or no connectivity. You can use the location accuracy option to only see accurate logs when you need to be sure about the results.

Please follow these steps:

1) Login at https://account.logger.mobi
2) Click on the device that you want to change Battery Alert settings for
3) Click on the Alert log and then on Alert Configuration settings
4) Select battery level as you want and click on the Save button.

Simply click 'allow' on the browser-based notifications pop-up when you log in. You will then receive notifications for logs.

Please follow the steps to disable the browser-based notifications for the Google Chrome browser;

Go to browser settings - Advanced - Content settings - Notifications - Remove Easy Logger website from the allow tab

Please follow the steps to disable the browser-based notifications for the Mozilla browser;

In the top right, click the Menu Icon - Options - Privacy & Security - Permissions - Click setting button for Notifications - Change the Easy Logger website status to block

You need physical access to the phone to disable the SOS alert. Please open the app on the target device, login with your account and turn off the SOS alert to request help.

Troubleshooting

Easy Logger works via an app installed on the target phone. You should have physical access to the phone and install the Easy Logger app on the device that needs to be monitored.

You can upgrade the app anytime on the phone. visit the URL below and upgrade.

Your logs will not be affected. Updates often add a new function or fix compatibility issues with new devices.

Make sure “Location” is turned on for the target device and ensure the mode is set to high accuracy.
